What types of Payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express or PayPal. We also accept checks and money orders, as long as they arrive 14 days before the bachelor party date. All payments must be made by the person who signed the contract.

When is final count & payment due?
Final guest counts, payments & deposits are due minimum 7 days prior your bachelor party if you are paying by credit card or PayPal. Payment by Check and Money orders must arrive 10 days prior to the event.

Do you require a deposit?
There are deposits required for some bachelor party services. Those deposits are due and will be processed when we receive your signed contract.

Is there a cancellation fee?
If for some reason you need to cancel your party there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee if we have your signed contract and you cancel more then 7 days before your event. If you have put down deposits on services and need to cancel, we will work on your behalf to get those refunded from our partners.

Is there a minimum number of guests needed to book an event?
No there is no minimum number of people for a package. However, depending on the size of the party and the activity selected you may be having interaction with people not associated with your bachelor party.

What if someone does not attend, can we get a refund?
Unfortunately, once payments are made, we cannot issue refunds. In order for your bachelor party to run as seamless as possible we prepay for all your services. We cannot retrieve the money from our partners once it’s paid.

What if I want to add more people on after I have booked an event?
You can add additional people up to the day before the event or sometimes even the day of. If you need to add on someone the day of your party please contact your party host ASAP. We will then notify your Clubs/bars/pubs or other activity partners. If you have paid by credit card we will then charge the card on file. If you paid by a different method we will then need a credit card to charge the additional person(s) to. Do not just show up with extra people. If you have guests show up without confirmation from our office, they may not be allowed in. For this reason, it is important that you call in any additional guests.

What do we do when we arrive at our club/bar or activity?
Chi Town Bachelor Party will send you an itinerary via email 3-5 days before your event, and will include your package details, your party host contact information, destination addresses and any confirmation numbers. Your itinerary will be the primary toolto get you through the bachelor party. When you arrive at any of your bachelor party destinations, give the groom’s name at the door. Then go inside and have a ball.

What should we do if we're not on a list at a club/bar or activity?
Remain calm. Make sure you're at the right location. Are you giving the right name? The name on the list will be under the groom’s name, not the person hosting the event. If you still encounter problems at the door whatever you do, don't start yelling, swearing or insulting the door staff. If you give them a reason to not let you in, they just may not. Contact your Bachelor party host immediately to work things out.
