FAQ
What types of Payment do you accept? Do to the outrageoue fees charged by the credit card processing companies and the credit cards themselves we are only accepting payments via PayPal. We can accept credit cards however we will add 10% of your contract total to he final charge. All payments must be made by the person who signed the contract.
When is final count & payment due? Final guest counts, payments & deposits are due minimum 7 days prior your bachelor party if you are paying by credit card or PayPal.
Do you require a deposit? There are deposits required for some bachelor party services. Those deposits are due and will be processed when we receive your signed contract.
Is there a cancellation fee? If for some reason you need to cancel your party there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee if we have your signed contract and you cancel more then 7 days before your event. If you have put down deposits on services and need to cancel, we will work on your behalf to get those refunded from our partners. *Dependig on services booked additional fees may apply
Is there a minimum number of guests needed to book an event? No there is no minimum number of people for a party. However, depending on the size of your party and the activity selected you may be having interaction with people not associated with your bachelor party.If you are selecting an open bar package some of our partners do require a minimum number of people.
What if someone does not attend, can we get a refund? Unfortunately, once payments are made, we cannot issue refunds. In order for your bachelor party to run as seamless as possible we prepay for all your services. We cannot retrieve the money from our partners once it’s paid.
What if I want to add more people on after I have booked an event? You can usually add additional people up to the day before the event or sometimes even the day of. If you need to add on someone the day of your party please contact us ASAP. We will then notify your Clubs/bars/pubs or other activity partners. If adding an additional person puts you over the maximum capacity for a transportation we will work with our vebdor to get a bigger vehicle and there will be an additional charge.
What do we do when we arrive at our club/bar or activity? Chi Town Bachelor Party will send you an itinerary via email 3-5 days before your event, and will include your package details. If your party host is not there yet, proceed inside and give the name of the best man or whoever made the reservations with us. If your host is there we will give you instructions at the venue.
What should we do if we're not on a list at a club/bar or activity? If your party host is there, we ask that you just step off to the side and let us work out the issue with the venue. Don't start yelling, swearing or insulting the door staff. If you give them a reason to not let you in, they just may not. If your host is not present, make sure you are at the right place and are giving the name of the best man or whoever booked. If you still encounter problems at the door contact your Bachelor party host immediately to work things out. *Please do not call the office as it will probably be closed and/or not staffed.
